If any false information is provided at registration, Macibet reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time. The return of deposited funds will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

KYC Verification Process

Macibet verifies the identity of all members through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal or after a certain volume of transactions. You will need to submit a photo of your national ID and a selfie. All KYC information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with any third party.

Payments & Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted at Macibet:

All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Payment must be made from the mobile number registered to your Macibet account — payments from any other number will not be accepted and a refund may take additional time to process.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from Macibet:

• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile banking account — transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Macibet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any offer, please keep the following general terms in mind:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• While playing with a bonus, the maximum bet per round is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and cannot be transferred to or used by anyone else.

Welcome Bonus — Special Terms

Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games on Macibet are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This means no game outcome can be predicted or manipulated in advance — not by Macibet, and not by any player.

• If you dispute a game result, you may request an RNG audit report for review.
• Intentionally disconnecting during a game to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Using software or bots to place bets automatically is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions will be treated as fraud.
• Any suspicious activity related to odds manipulation or match fixing in Sports Betting will be reported immediately.

Account Security & Privacy

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Macibet recommends following the guidelines below:

Account Suspension or Closure

Macibet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Attempting to hack another member's account or carrying out any form of cyberattack.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or terrorist financing.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before closure, unless a fraud investigation is ongoing.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact Macibet's support team first. We investigate all complaints fairly and aim to provide an initial response within 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may request a second-level review. Independent mediation is also available for dispute resolution. As Macibet operates under international gaming regulations, complaints may also be submitted to the relevant regulatory authority.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Macibet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
